The site collects personal data only when you fill in the visit request form. The data concerned is: name, company, email address, phone, business, number of workstations, number of offices, preferred move-in date, needs (IT, business address) and free-text message.
Your data is not used for unsolicited marketing nor resold.
Your data is intended solely for Novastone. It is processed by our technical processors, solely for hosting and email delivery: Contabo GmbH (website hosting, server located in the European Union), Hetzner Online GmbH (backups, Germany) and Infomaniak Network SA (email, Switzerland, a country recognised as providing an adequate level of protection).
Data from visit requests is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived and deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact, unless otherwise legally required.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@novastone.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
The site uses no advertising cookies. It sets strictly necessary technical cookies and a layout-test (A/B) cookie. Audience measurement relies on Matomo, self-hosted in the European Union and configured without cookies: it is only enabled with your consent, collected through the site banner and revocable at any time.
