The site collects personal data only when you fill in the visit request form. The data concerned is: name, company, email address, phone, business, number of workstations, number of offices, preferred move-in date, needs (IT, business address) and free-text message.
Your data is not used for unsolicited marketing nor resold.
Your data is intended solely for Novastone. It may transit through our hosting and email provider Infomaniak (Switzerland, a country recognised as offering an adequate level of protection), solely for email delivery and website hosting.
Data from visit requests is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived and deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact, unless otherwise legally required.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@novastone.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
The site uses no advertising cookies. Only a strictly necessary technical session cookie is set (exempt from consent). Analytics are handled by Matomo, self-hosted, configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation - compliant with the CNIL exemption criteria. The Google Maps map only loads after a click.
